This notice describes information used by Roomonix, operated by JRW Strategies LLC, to arrange and support residential cleaning services.

Information used to provide services

We use contact details, service addresses, booking choices, relevant home and access instructions, payment transaction references, and service communications to arrange cleaning, coordinate service partners, process payments, and respond to support requests. Service-partner information includes business and contact details, service areas, services, availability, and capacity.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

Mobile numbers are used to provide requested service and operational communications. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service providers, including messaging and hosting providers, may process information as needed to deliver Roomonix services.

Service-related access

Independent service partners receive information needed for their authorized work. Payment, communications, and technology providers process information for their service functions. We limit access to sensitive customer and property information according to role and service needs.
