Roomonix, operated by JRW Strategies LLC, uses SMS for requested residential cleaning services and service-partner operations. We request consent before sending SMS. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages.

- Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
- Service-partner confirmation and on-the-way / arrival updates
- Schedule changes and completion updates
- Customer-support and service-resolution messages
Example of booking SMS consent
This review example shows the phone field and optional SMS checkbox together as presented during booking. You may try the controls, but this is not a booking or enrollment form. Nothing entered here is submitted or stored, and checking this example does not enroll you in SMS.
Customers must affirmatively select the checkbox to opt in. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent booking. Acceptance of service terms is separate from SMS consent; entering a phone number alone is not consent. No promotional marketing consent is requested.
Service-partner messages
Provider SMS enrollment is not offered through the application. A separate affirmative opt-in mechanism is required before enabling operational texts. The proposed provider program, separate from customer enrollment, may include:
- Job offers, accepted assignments, and upcoming-job reminders
- OMW / ARRIVED / START / DONE workflow messages
- Schedule or service exceptions and operational support
Your choice
Customers choose whether to receive service texts using the SMS checkbox when providing their phone number during booking. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services. Service partners must opt in before receiving operational SMS; submitting an application or phone number alone is not SMS consent.
Message frequency varies based on bookings and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact support@roomonix.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking or an accepted assignment; contact Roomonix for service changes.
Mobile information
Mobile numbers are used for requested service and operational communications. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service providers may process information as needed to deliver Roomonix services.
