Who we are

Roomonix is a residential cleaning service operated by JRW Strategies LLC, initially serving Fort Lauderdale / East Broward. Independent service-partner businesses perform cleaning services coordinated through Roomonix.

Service arrangements

Your selected service, scope, appointment details, price, and applicable booking agreements are presented during booking. Review those details before confirming. Contact Roomonix for scheduling changes or service questions; this page does not replace the agreements presented with your booking.

SMS service communications

With consent, Roomonix may send transactional texts about booking confirmations, reminders, service-partner and arrival updates, schedule changes, completion, and support. Consenting service partners may receive job offers, assignment and workflow updates, reminders, exceptions, and operational support.

Message frequency varies based on bookings and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a booking or an accepted assignment.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service providers may process data as needed to deliver Roomonix services.
